These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SalonX, a salon management software platform developed and operated by Convertrix Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using SalonX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the SalonX web application, mobile apps, APIs, and all associated services.
- “User” or “You” refers to any individual or business entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
- “Salon Data” refers to all data entered by the User including customer records, appointments, billing, and staff information.
- “Subscription” refers to the paid plan chosen by the User to access premium features.
2. Account Registration & Activation
Access to SalonX requires an activation key provided by Convertrix Pvt. Ltd. or authorized partners. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your activation key and account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3. Subscription & Payments
- SalonX offers subscription plans starting at ₹999/month. Current plans and pricing are available at salonx.cloud/#pricing.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and/or Stripe.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of subscription purchase if no significant usage has occurred.
4. Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the platform. Data entered during the trial will be preserved.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Share your activation key or account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform beyond permitted use
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Platform without written permission
6. Data Ownership & Portability
You retain full ownership of all Salon Data entered into SalonX. Upon request, we will export your data in a standard format (CSV/JSON) within 7 business days. Upon account termination, data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
7. Intellectual Property
The SalonX name, logo, source code, design, user interface, and all related intellectual property are owned by Convertrix Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform.
8. Service Availability & SLA
- We target 99.9% uptime for all paid plans.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet outages, or force majeure events.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convertrix Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of SalonX. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage resolving disputes through mutual discussion before legal proceedings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
